Apple Tree  is an independent adviser in the field of expiring capital, severance payments and pensions. The Apple Tree website allows you to select the most suitable offer in the market. This website operates independently of SPIN.

What we do
Appletree give advice on purchasing a pension benefit with the pension capital you have accrued with SPIN. Our website allows you to make a quick and easy online comparison of offers from different pension providers. We consider only the pension capital that you have accrued with SPIN. Please note: We advise you on your pension only, and do not give advice on your mortgage, risk insurances or other assets. 

You've decided to request an offer through us? When we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm receipt. We will draw your attention to any missing data at this point. Rest assured that your request will be fully completed and processed. We will then submit your request to the insurance company and, once accepted, will draw up your policy and send it to you. We will keep you updated on progress with your request. We will later also act as an intermediary in transferring your pension capital to the insurance company who will handle your pension benefit.

What does the comparison entail?
In order to be able to compare the different pension insurance companies, we will ask you to provide specific information. We will use this information to determine which insurance company can make you an offer. We will submit a list of all the insurance companies that use our services as an intermediary and are appropriate for you. The insurance company that quotes the highest pension will be at the top of our list. The amounts shown already have the costs that insurance companies charge deducted.

How is the comparison made?
On our website we compare all the insurance companies that have a cooperation agreement with us. We are familiar with these insurance companies' latest conditions and fees. The comparison is performed independently in real time. We have no influence whatsoever on the outcome of your comparison.

What are the costs?
A comparison is free of charge. If you accept an offer we make, you will receive a single invoice for EUR 395 (VAT-free) for our services. This fee is payable directly to us. The amount of the fee paid will in no way affect the comparison. The fee is clearly stipulated in the service agreement. By signing the request form you agree to pay this fee.

Privacy
Your data will be used solely for your request and not for any other (commercial) purpose. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
